What is the best sunscreen?
Dr. Kyle's response is always "the one you'll wear!" Particularly for the face, it should be one that is not sticky, greasy, smelly, and does not sting the eyes. Dr. Kyle's personal favorite is Blue Valley Dermatology's MD Essentials Clear Defense.

For the body, the Blue Valley Dermatology providers recommend anything SPF 30 or greater. The higher number protection, the better. Our favorites are the Coppertone Whipped formulation, Aveeno Baby Mineral Block, and all of the Neutrogena products.
